How to register

First 150 Kids' Dash registrations are free!
Register online or use one of the other methods below with a printed form. Instructions below.
Pick up your registration packet between 7:30 am and 9:00 am on the day of the event.
Kids' Dash first 150 free registrations MUST register online at runsignup.com and use coupon code DASH
If you see a charge for the Kids' Dash when you register, it means you didn't make the first 150, sorry!

For all the following methods, download and print the registration flyer.
Fill out a separate form for each participant, even under the family rate, so we can get the proper information about each participant.
Register and pay using one of the methods below.
Register and pay in person
You can pay by check or credit card at the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce. Bring a completed registration form for each participant, even if you're registering as a group or family.
The Chamber of Commerce must receive your registration and payment by Friday, April 27th.

Registration by mail, pay by check
Mail a registration form for each participant with a check to the following address:

Make the check payable to “Build Lebanon Trails,” with "Cheadle Lake Run" in the memo area.
We must receive your registration and payment by Saturday, April 28th.
Fill out a separate registration form for each participant. If you're registering as a group or family, submit all the forms with a single payment.
Register at the event
You can register on the day of the event only if you pay by check or cash.
Same-day registration for the run/walk is $5 extra per participant.
(No extra charge for Kids' Obstacle Dash registration)
Come a little earlier to be sure you have time to register.
